In the Calendar there are few important buttons available for user to use

1.Preview

  • Customize the page appearance and configure various printing options.

 

3. Backward / Forward

Next button

  • Backward – Step back in time as suggested by the current view.
  • Forward – Advance forward in time as suggested by the current view.

 

4. Go To Today

Go To Today

  • Change the date display in the current view to the current date.

 

5. Zoom In / Zoom Out

  • Zoom In – Perform scaling up to display content in more detail.
  • Zoom Out – Perform scaling down to display a broader look of the view.

 

6. Time Scales

7. Working Hours

  • Show only working hours in the calendar.

 

8. Snap to Cells

Snap

  • Specify a snapping mode for displaying appointments within time cells.

 

9. Day View

  • Switch to Day view. The most detailed view of appointments for a specific day(s).

 

10. Work Week View

  • Switch to Work Week view. Detailed view for the working days in a certain week.

 

11. Week View

  • Switch to Week view. Arranges appointments for a particular week in a compact form.

  • Switch to the Month (Multi-Week) view. Calendar view useful for long-term plans.

 

13. Timeline View

Timeline View

  • Switch to the Timeline view. Plot appointments in relation to time.

 

14. Gantt View

Gantt View

  • Switch to the Gantt view. Project management view that shows appointments and their dependencies in relation to time.

 

15. Group By None

Group By None

  • Ungroup appointments.

 

16. Group By Date

Group By Date

  • Group appointments by date.

 

17. Group By Resource

Group By Resource

  • Group appointments by resource.

Preview / Print / Export To Tips

After select the any “View Tips

  1. Click “Preview” button at top left side to review the calendar layout.
  2. Click at the “File” tab, select “Export To” , then choose Pdf, Xls (Excel 2003) or Xlsx (Excel 2007).
  3. Click at the “File” tab, select “Print” , then choose “Print Page Setup”, “Print Preview”, “Print” and “Calendar Details Preview”.
