Go to Scheduler to view full status of jobs.
At Due & Overdue, you can check the Missed, Due, Confirmed, Fixed Appointment and the schedule jobs.
Click Legend to as color reference.
Click Possible Merge to merge the job. Key in How many days to be considered in the box and click OK.

You can filter the Scheduler by key in the required Customer name.
You can Filter the schedule job. After done the filtering click OK.

Select Closed to view closed job.
Select Daily Scheduler to view daily job with Time and Technician Assigned or Unassigned.
Go to Settings, to assign Technician to Team (click the drop down list) or Routes (click the … select the Available Routes).
