    Technicians create the contact details for customer one time (like create contact details in phone list). Technicians proceed to create mobile job sheet and provide the service accordingly. The service report will be sent to customer and your office with all the remarks taken. Any photo taken will be sent to your email only for future reference.
  2. Increased sense of Professionalism.
    Customer sign on the MFS mobile job sheet and receive the service report almost instantly. MFS can work offline as well to cater for unreliable and unavailable network. Customers retrieve all the service reports in their email inbox.
  3. Reduce administration cost while improved customer relations.
    Admin staffs receive the service report via email and compile soft copy filling for future easy reference. Provide better customer service, admin staffs able to access to vital information as and when they need it.No more update the service reports and prepares the technician OT report, technician productivity report which is very taxing and time consuming. As the MFS will compile the reports automatically and send to you weekly or monthly.
  4. Speed up the billing process.
    Account department to prepare invoice upon receive service report via email while technicians on the field/outstation which may take times to check in office.
