Automated Service Report (Electronic Service Report)

After a client signs & rates the job, a PDF service report will be sent out automatically to your client by email. You will have peace of mind about those cumbersome paperwork at the end of the day. Once the job is closed, remaining tasks for service report, invoicing and follow up schedules will be performed automatically by M4.


Once you set the deals with clients, Flexi Scheduling can pre-plan appointments a year ahead of time. With auto-reminders via email and SMS with the help of a temporary phone number you can get your clients reminded for the service where they can check and reschedule if necessary.

Push Notification

Automated push notifications get your technicians alert about their next and current job. Less fuss than text every and each of them to send a reminder. They will receive their daily job notification right from M4 mobile servicing app, which syncing from M4 Web.

MapScan and Floor Plan

With MapScan features, the M4 app allows you to place markers on a floor plan to identify areas where service has been or should be done. Just scan the QR code on existing or new stations and place the marker to the correct location for your record. Whenever different technician comes for another follow-up, the markers will guide them automatically.

Invoicing and Billing

Once the job is closed, work is done. M4 will auto-generate the invoice for completed jobs and send the bill to your client so you won’t miss out to bill your client. And, expected to receive payment faster!
